What it is
A flat red light mat you lie on. It emits 660nm visible red and 850nm near-infrared across its surface, in a format that rolls up and stores in a closet between uses.
Lie down for twenty minutes. That's the whole operation — no stand to position, no distance to judge, no panel to aim.

Mat, panel or pad?
Three formats for three different situations:
- A mat lies flat and you lie on it. Full-length coverage on the side facing it, nothing to set up, rolls away.
- A panel is rigid and works from a set distance. You stand or sit in front of it, and it covers one large field at a time.
- A pad is flexible and wraps a specific area in contact with the skin.
The mat is the format that asks the least of you. If storing it flat or rolled is workable in your space, it's the one that gets used.

What is the difference between 660nm and 850nm?
Two wavelengths of light. 660nm is visible red and is absorbed close to the surface of the skin. 850nm is near-infrared, invisible to the eye, and reaches further. This mat emits both.
Which size should I choose?
The Large at 70.8" × 31.5" covers an adult from shoulders to feet in one position. The Standard at 63" × 23.6" is narrower and shorter, which makes it easier to store and a better fit in a small room. If you have the space, the Large covers more in a single session.
Mat or bag?
A mat covers the side of you facing it, and you turn over if you want the other side. The Nicebeam bag encloses you, so it covers all round in one position. The mat is flatter to store and simpler; the bag doesn't need you to turn over.
