What it is

An enclosed red light bag you zip into. It emits 660nm visible red and 850nm near-infrared across the inside surface, so the whole body is covered in one position rather than one area at a time.

Zip in, start the timer, lie still. There is nothing to set up, aim or move partway through.

Why a bag rather than a panel or a pad

Three formats, three trade-offs:

Bag Encloses you. Full-body coverage in one position, no repositioning. Largest storage footprint.
Panel Rigid, works from a set distance, covers one large field at a time. You stand or sit in front of it.
Pad Flexible, wraps around one specific area in contact with the skin. Smallest and most portable.

The bag's advantage is that it's the one format where a full-body session doesn't require you to do anything mid-session. That is the entire argument for it, and for a routine you actually keep up, it's a real one.

Two sizes, two neck styles

70.8" × 31.5" The larger bag. Full length for most adults.
63" × 23.6" Shorter and narrower, and the lower-priced option. Easier to store.
U Neck An open neckline, so your head sits outside the bag rather than inside it. The more comfortable choice for most people, and what we'd recommend.
Regular A conventional closure.

Prices update as you choose — the 63" is the lower-priced size in either style.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between 660nm and 850nm?

Two wavelengths of light. 660nm is visible red and is absorbed close to the surface of the skin. 850nm is near-infrared, invisible to the eye, and reaches further. This bag emits both.

Bag, panel or pad?

A bag encloses you and covers the full body in one position. A panel is rigid and works one large area at a time from a set distance. A pad is flexible and wraps a specific spot in contact with the skin. If full-body coverage without repositioning is what you want, the bag is the format that does it.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. It unrolls, you zip in, and it folds down for storage afterwards. There's no mounting, no stand and no assembly.

How often should I use it?

That's a personal routine question rather than a product one. Follow the manufacturer's instructions included with the bag, and if you have a health condition or are under a doctor's care, ask them first.

Which size and neck style should I choose?

The 70.8" × 31.5" bag is full length for most adults; the 63" × 23.6" is shorter, narrower and lower priced, and stores more easily. On the neckline, U Neck leaves your head outside the bag, which most people find more comfortable over a full session. Regular is a conventional closure.
