Our Fulfillment
Every order ships direct from the manufacturer — one less warehouse, one less set of hands, one less place for it to get damaged. Free shipping on most orders within the continental U.S. Oversized freight items carry a delivery charge, stated on the product page before you buy.
Freight damage is uncommon but it is not impossible, and anyone who promises otherwise has not shipped much freight. Inspect the crate before you sign for it, photograph anything that looks wrong, and call us — we handle the claim with the manufacturer.
Have questions about delivery timelines or shipping to your area? We are always happy to help.
