What it is
A 43-inch red and near-infrared panel with 304 five-watt LEDs across six wavelengths. Large enough to cover several areas at once, small enough to live in a bedroom, home gym or office without taking the room over.
Who it's for
Someone who wants more coverage than a compact panel but does not need a six-foot whole-body device, and does not have a room to give up to one. At 27.8 lb and 10.2 inches wide it is genuinely movable, which the larger panels are not.
If you want head-to-toe coverage without repositioning, compare the Renew Max or the Panorama instead.
Renew publishes irradiance with the distance it was measured at.
Most of this category does not. An irradiance figure without a distance is unusable, because output falls off sharply as you move back — which is why all three numbers are below rather than just the largest one.

How do the controls work?
Seven preset modes cover recovery, skin, fitness and rest-focused sessions, so you can start without configuring anything. Preset names describe manufacturer settings and are not medical claims.
Custom Mode lets you set red and near-infrared intensity separately, adjust pulsing from 0 to 9,999 Hz, and choose the session length. Touch-key and voice controls mean you can change a setting mid-session without walking over to it. Low EMF and no visible flicker.
How far should I stand from it?
Renew recommends positioning the area being covered roughly 6 to 12 inches away and following the included usage guidelines. That range is why the irradiance figures above are given at 3, 6 and 12 inches — at 12 inches you are getting 108 mW/cm², not the 150 measured at 3.
Is it a full-body panel?
Not quite, and we would rather say so. It covers a large area, but most people will reposition once or twice for head-to-toe exposure. If minimal repositioning matters to you, the Renew Max at 75 inches or the Panorama on its rotating stand are the ones to look at.

Frequently asked questions
What irradiance does it produce, and at what distance?
150 mW/cm² at 3 inches, 126 at 6 inches and 108 at 12 inches, as published by the manufacturer. The distance matters as much as the number — a panel quoting a high figure at the surface and one quoting a lower figure at six inches are not comparable, and the second seller is being more useful to you.
Is this a full-body panel?
It gives large-area coverage, but most people will reposition for complete head-to-toe exposure. If you want minimal repositioning, compare it with the Renew Max or the Panorama.
How is it different from the Renew Max?
The Max is 75 inches tall with 900 LEDs and adds 450nm blue light; it is a fixture at 110 lb. The Large is 43 inches, 304 LEDs, red and near-infrared only, and 27.8 lb — which makes it the one that fits into a room already doing something else.
What electrical does it need?
The manufacturer has not listed it for this model yet, so we are not publishing a figure — we would rather leave a gap than guess, particularly on anything electrical. Call 866-427-8202 and we will confirm it in writing before you order.
Can I customise the settings?
Yes. Custom Mode lets you adjust red and near-infrared intensity, pulsing from 0 to 9,999 Hz, and session time. There are also seven manufacturer presets if you would rather not.
What are the six wavelengths for?
Three red — 610, 630 and 660nm — and three near-infrared, at 810, 830 and 850nm. Red is absorbed closer to the surface of the skin; near-infrared is invisible and reaches further. Six wavelengths is broader than the two-wavelength panels common at the entry end of this market.
How long do the LEDs last?
The manufacturer estimates more than 100,000 hours. At three twenty-minute sessions a week that is well beyond the three-year warranty term.
