- Flex Lie Down — you lie down. A mat with a retractable tent over it. Better for a back that wants to be flat; you can't do much while you're in it.

Electrical — worth reading before you plug it in
At 1400W on a 120V supply, this unit draws close to 12 amps. That is at the practical working limit of a standard 15-amp household circuit.
In practice that means: don't run it on a circuit that's already carrying a space heater, a hair dryer or a microwave, and don't use an extension cord. Plug it directly into a wall outlet. A tripped breaker mid-session is the mildest version of what goes wrong here.
No electrician is required if you have a free outlet on a circuit that isn't doing much else.

The Black Pro is $600 more and the infrared output is the same. What you're paying for is a heavier tent — thicker fabric, more insulation, built for a spa or clinic running sessions back to back all day.
For a household, the Silver Elite is the sensible buy. The Black Pro makes sense if the unit is going to be used by different people several times a day, every day.
Delivery
Ships by parcel carrier. At 18 lb it is a one-person lift and no freight appointment is required.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, with tracking provided once the order ships.
