The 2-Person Outdoor Infrared Sauna is a two-seat far infrared cabin built from fir and red cedar for outdoor installation, with eight epoxy-board heating panels and warm white LED lighting. It is designed to live on a patio or deck rather than inside the house.

Why put a sauna outside?
Because it costs you a corner of the garden instead of a room of the house. At 48.8 by 38.2 inches this cabin has roughly the footprint of a large armchair, but indoors that footprint has to come out of a spare bedroom, a basement or a garage bay. Outdoors it does not compete with anything.
It also keeps the heat, the cedar smell and the noise out of the house, which matters more than people expect when two of you are using it in the evening.
Is it big enough for two?
Yes, seated side by side. The bench is rated to 200 kg (441 lb) combined, which is the figure the manufacturer publishes. This is a two-seat cabin rather than a two-person room — you sit together, you do not lie down.
If you want room to stretch out, or a third seat, call us on 866-427-8202 and we will point you at a larger cabin instead. We would rather move you to the right model than sell you this one.
What electrical work does it need?
We do not publish that figure yet, because the manufacturer has not given it to us in writing.
We will not put a voltage, an amperage or a plug type on this page that we calculated ourselves — your electrician works from what is published here, and a guess is not just inaccurate, it is unsafe. We have the question in with the factory.

What foundation does it need?
A flat, stable, load-bearing base with drainage — a concrete pad, patio stones or a solid deck. Not bare soil, grass or gravel. Plan the base before you order; it takes longer to arrange than the delivery does.
Warranty and support
For quality-related issues the manufacturer provides replacement parts within 180 days. Contact us at support@homemedspa.com and we open the claim and manage it on your behalf — you don't chase a support line or deal with a third party.
Shipping, returns and damage claims
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses are not served. Orders are processed the same business day where possible and typically deliver in 3 to 5 business days.
This product cannot be returned or exchanged. The manufacturer does not accept returns, so we are not able to offer one. Be certain of the model, the dimensions and the electrical requirement before you order — call 866-427-8202 and we will go through all three with you first.
Damage or a defect on arrival is a different matter, and it is covered. Inspect every box before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, photograph the product, the packaging and the shipping labels, and contact us within 48 hours. We submit the claim to the manufacturer or carrier on your behalf and manage it through to a replacement.
Claim approval rests with the manufacturer or carrier, and clear photographic evidence is what decides it. That is why the photographs at delivery matter.
