- Flex Lie Down — you lie down. A 78" × 36" mat with a retractable tent. Better for a back that wants to be flat, and the obvious choice if you're using it at the end of the day rather than the start.
- Silver Elite — you sit up. A chair inside a tent with your head out of the top. You can read or use a phone while you're in it.

Floor space, honestly
The mat is 78 inches long — six and a half feet. That is roughly a twin bed, and it is the number most people don't picture before it arrives.
It needs a clear stretch of floor, a bed, or a sofa long enough to take it. It folds away afterwards, so it doesn't have to live there — but it does need somewhere to go when it's in use.
Electrical — worth reading before you plug it in
At 1400W on a 120V supply, this unit draws close to 12 amps, which is at the practical working limit of a standard 15-amp household circuit.
Don't run it on a circuit already carrying a space heater, hair dryer or microwave, and don't use an extension cord — plug it directly into a wall outlet.
No electrician is required if you have a free outlet on a circuit that isn't doing much else.

What's not included

- No chair, since you're lying down. If you want to sit up, that's the Silver Elite.
Delivery
Ships by parcel carrier. At 18 lb it's a one-person lift and needs no freight appointment.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, with tracking once the order ships.
