What it is
A five-sided infrared sauna built to sit in a corner, seating two. The pentagonal shape means the flat back sides tuck against two walls while the angled front gives a wider view out through the glass than a square cabin does.
Nine epoxy-board heating panels draw 2180W. The cabin is Eastern Canadian hemlock, chosen for saunas because it insulates well and resists splitting.
Important — read before ordering.
This sauna draws 2180W and the manufacturer specifies a 120VAC, 20-amp dedicated circuit. The supplied plug is a NEMA 5-20P, which needs a NEMA 5-20R receptacle — not the standard 15-amp outlet found in most rooms.
Give your electrician this: 120V, 20A dedicated circuit, 12 AWG wiring, NEMA 5-20R receptacle. Budget for that work before delivery.
The manufacturer also supplies a 5-15P to 5-20R adapter cable. We do not recommend using it. At 2180W this cabin draws roughly 18 amps, and an adapter lets it be plugged into a 15-amp outlet whose wiring may not carry that load — the manufacturer's own manual warns this causes overheating and fire risk unless the circuit behind the outlet is wired to 12 AWG. A homeowner cannot tell that by looking. Have the correct receptacle fitted.
Who it's for
Someone with a corner to give up rather than a wall. At 47.3" square it uses a footprint that's otherwise dead space, and the angled front keeps it from feeling boxed in. Two people fit.

Delivery
Ships free in three boxes by freight carrier, 353 lb total, delivered curbside to your driveway on a liftgate truck. The carrier does not bring it inside or assemble it. The largest box is nearly 80" long — check your route from driveway to room before delivery day.
Inspect all three boxes before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph them on arrival, note any damage on the receipt before you sign, and contact us within 48 hours with the photographs.
Warranty and support
For quality-related issues the manufacturer provides replacement parts within 180 days. Contact us at support@homemedspa.com and we open the claim and manage it on your behalf — you don't chase a support line or deal with a third party.
Shipping, returns and damage claims
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses are not served. Orders are processed the same business day where possible and typically deliver in 3 to 5 business days.
This product cannot be returned or exchanged. The manufacturer does not accept returns, so we are not able to offer one. Be certain of the model, the dimensions and the electrical requirement before you order — call 866-427-8202 and we will go through all three with you first.
Damage or a defect on arrival is a different matter, and it is covered. Inspect every box before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, photograph the product, the packaging and the shipping labels, and contact us within 48 hours. We submit the claim to the manufacturer or carrier on your behalf and manage it through to a replacement.
Claim approval rests with the manufacturer or carrier, and clear photographic evidence is what decides it. That is why the photographs at delivery matter.

Why a pentagonal shape?
Two of the five sides meet at 90° so the cabin sits flush into a room corner, using space that's usually wasted. The three remaining sides angle outward, which gives a wider view through the glass than a square cabin of the same footprint.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. It draws 2180W — roughly 18 amps — and the manufacturer specifies a 120VAC, 20-amp dedicated circuit wired to 12 AWG, with a NEMA 5-20R receptacle. Adjustable from 86°F to 149°F. It works best in a room that's already reasonably warm — the manufacturer rates it for ambient conditions between 23°F and 104°F, and notes efficiency improves as room temperature rises.
