The Blisspod Prague with Porch is a Canadian red cedar barrel sauna for outdoor installation, with a full glass back and two covered porch seats at the front. It comes in two lengths — 2–4 people or 4–6 — and ships as a prefabricated kit.
Two choices to make on the Prague.
1. Length. Both versions come in two sizes, selected above: 180 × 180 × 180 cm for two to four people, or 180 × 180 × 240 cm for four to six. Same barrel diameter either way — the extra 60 cm is bench length.
2. Porch or no porch. Same cedar, same full glass back. The only difference is whether part of the footprint becomes covered outdoor seating or stays inside as sauna room.
| With porch | Two seats outside under cover — somewhere to sit between rounds, cool down, or leave towels without carrying them into the heat. |
|---|---|
| Without porch | No covered seating, so more of the barrel is sauna room. The roomier option inside for the same outside footprint. |
The honest test: will you actually sit outside? People who cool down between rounds use the porch constantly. People who go in, sweat and come straight indoors would rather have the bench space.

What is the porch actually for?
Sitting down between rounds, under cover, without going back in the house. Two seats at 17.7" high, on a 19.69"-deep covered platform at the front of the barrel.
That matters most in winter, which is when an outdoor sauna earns its place. You come out hot, you sit, you cool down, you go back in — and the roof over the seats means you can do that in snow or rain. It is also where towels and a drink live so they are not carried into the heat.
If you already know you will go straight from the sauna back indoors, the version without the porch gives you that space as bench instead.
Why a barrel, and why cedar?
The round shape has no corners for heat to sit in, so the cabin warms evenly and reaches temperature faster than a rectangular room of the same volume. The curve also sheds rain and snow rather than pooling it, which is the main thing that shortens the life of an outdoor sauna.
Canadian red cedar is naturally weather-resistant, dimensionally stable in heat and humidity, and low-maintenance. It is the standard choice for outdoor saunas for those reasons, and it is aromatic when warm.
The full glass back is 8mm tempered. It is the reason to put this where there is something to look at — a treeline, a garden, water — rather than against a fence.

Electrical
The Toule heater is 6,000W and runs on 220–240V. The manufacturer specifies a 30-amp breaker, and it is supplied with a plug rather than hardwired.
We confirm the exact plug type and the wire gauge your run needs with the manufacturer before your order ships, and we put it in writing. We publish the manufacturer's figures rather than a number we worked out ourselves — your electrician sets the final specification for your property.
Crate dimensions and delivery
| Size | Crate | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| 180 × 180 × 180 cm | 75" × 75" × 24" | 970 lb |
| 180 × 180 × 240 cm | 96" × 75" × 24" | 1,102 lb |
If you are ordering the 4–6 person size, read this before you buy. That crate is 96 inches long — longer than a standard liftgate can handle — and it weighs over half a ton. It cannot be unloaded by two people and it may need a tilt-and-tow truck or a forklift at your address.
Call 866-427-8202 before you order and we will work out how the crate gets from the street to the pad: gate widths, slopes, soft ground, overhanging branches. It costs far less to arrange in advance than to solve on the day with a driver waiting.
Delivery is by freight to the curb. Someone needs to be home to receive it and to direct where it is set down.
Ships anywhere in the continental United States. The manufacturer does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
Warranty
12 months manufacturer's warranty, on both the porch and non-porch models. Contact us first and we open the claim and manage it with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Returns
| Situation | What applies |
|---|---|
| Return window | 30 days |
| Change of mind, doesn't fit your space, or the electrical doesn't work out | 20% restocking fee, and return freight is paid by you |
| Manufacturing defect | Free return, no restocking fee |
| Damaged in transit | Report within 72 hours with photographs and video. Replacement parts are shipped to you |
On a crate this size the return freight is a serious number, which is why the size and electrical conversation happens before you order rather than after.
What happens after you order
Before the order is confirmed we go through your space and your electrical panel capacity with you. We stay in contact through the freight booking so you know when it is arriving and what you need ready, and we are reachable while you are assembling it.
Most returns on a sauna this size are avoidable ones — it didn't fit, or the panel couldn't carry it. Both are answerable in a ten-minute phone call before you buy.
