What it is
The Blisspod Malmo is a two-person infrared sauna with a red light therapy panel built into the front wall, facing the bench. Five low-EMF carbon infrared heaters warm the cabin; a separate 90W red light panel and a color LED system operate independently.
The exterior is Canadian hemlock with a dark laminate finish and no paint. Interior panels are natural hemlock.
Who it's for
Someone who wants infrared heat and red light in one cabin rather than a sauna plus a separate panel — useful when floor space is the constraint. Comfortable for one or two people.
Suitable for indoor installation or a fully sheltered outdoor space. It is not built for open-air exposure.

- Electrical work. Blisspod specifies a certified electrician for the cabling and circuit breaker test. The Malmo needs 20 amps — more than the Vienna.

Delivery
Ships free in two boxes on a pallet by freight carrier, roughly 226 lb total, delivered curbside. The carrier does not bring it inside or assemble it.
Inspect both boxes before signing the delivery receipt. Photograph them on arrival, note any damage on the receipt before you sign, and contact us within 48 hours with the photographs.
Assembly
Quick-assembly panel system, no specialist tools. Plan on two people, and assemble it in its final position.
Warranty and support
3 years on the wood structure. 1 year on heating elements and electrical components.

Frequently asked questions
Does the red light panel work separately from the sauna?
Yes. The 90W panel is mounted in the front wall facing the bench and is controlled independently, so you can run it with or without the heaters.
What electrical work does it need?
120V on a 20-amp circuit — 1800W of heaters plus a 90W red light panel. Blisspod specifies a certified electrician for the cabling and circuit breaker test.
How is this different from the Blisspod Vienna?
The Vienna is a straightforward far infrared cabin with four heaters on a 15-amp circuit. The Malmo adds a fifth heater, a front-facing red light panel and a color LED system, and needs 20 amps. Both are the same footprint.
What is the color lighting?
An LED system that lets you set the cabin's interior lighting to different colors. It's controlled from the same panel as the timer and temperature.
How much space do I need?
74.8" high, 47.2" wide, 35.4" deep, plus clearance for the door and for assembly.
Can I put it outside?
Only in a fully sheltered space such as an enclosed porch. It is not built for open-air exposure.
