What the heated glass door changes
On most cabins the door is the one surface that produces no heat, so the front of the body sits in a cooler zone than the back. This cabin puts a far infrared panel in the door itself — eight panels in total rather than seven around three walls. It is an equipment difference you can see in the panel count, not a marketing claim.
Does it need an electrician?
No. At 1,750W it runs on 120V / 60Hz through a standard 15A plug with a 3-metre cable. No 240V service, no new circuit. Give it its own outlet rather than sharing one.
How does it ship?
Three cartons, shipped direct from the factory — roughly 293 lb in total:
- Roof and floor — 51.2" × 46.1" × 8.8", 94.88 lb
- Front and rear — 75" × 50.88" × 7.12", 123.5 lb
- Left and right — 75" × 41.4" × 7.1", 75 lb
Freight is included in the price. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout.
One thing to know
This cabin is not waterproof. Interior splashing is fine; do not pour water over the heaters or the panelling.
Warranty and support
For quality-related issues the manufacturer provides replacement parts within 180 days. Contact us at support@homemedspa.com and we open the claim and manage it on your behalf — you don't chase a support line or deal with a third party.
Shipping, returns and damage claims
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses are not served. Orders are processed the same business day where possible and typically deliver in 3 to 5 business days.
This product cannot be returned or exchanged. The manufacturer does not accept returns, so we are not able to offer one. Be certain of the model, the dimensions and the electrical requirement before you order — call 866-427-8202 and we will go through all three with you first.
Damage or a defect on arrival is a different matter, and it is covered. Inspect every box before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, photograph the product, the packaging and the shipping labels, and contact us within 48 hours. We submit the claim to the manufacturer or carrier on your behalf and manage it through to a replacement.
Claim approval rests with the manufacturer or carrier, and clear photographic evidence is what decides it. That is why the photographs at delivery matter.
