What the app control does
The cabin can be preheated and scheduled from a phone rather than only from the panel inside it. A far infrared cabin takes time to come up to temperature, so starting it before you get home is the difference between waiting for it and walking into it. The LCD touchscreen inside does the same job if you would rather not use the app.
Why the double doors matter
Two tempered glass doors, each 70" tall by 15.55" wide, make up the entire front of the cabin. Combined with a 30.5" × 34.5" interior footprint — wider than most single-occupant cabinets — it reads as a room rather than a box.
Does it need an electrician?
No. At 1,420W it runs on 120V through a standard 15A plug with a 3-metre cable. No 240V service, no new circuit. Give it its own outlet rather than sharing one.
How does it ship?
Four cartons, 261.4 lb in total, shipped direct from the factory:
- Roof and floor — 39" × 39" × 9.9", 67.3 lb
- Left and front — 75.2" × 37.8" × 5.7", 75 lb
- Rear — 75.2" × 38.4" × 4.8", 41.9 lb
- Right and front — 75.2" × 37.8" × 5.7", 77.2 lb
The heaviest carton is 77 lb and the longest is 75 inches — just over six feet. Check your doorway, stairwell and any tight turns against that length before you order.
Freight is included in the price. There is no separate delivery charge at checkout.
Warranty and support
For quality-related issues the manufacturer provides replacement parts within 180 days. Contact us at support@homemedspa.com and we open the claim and manage it on your behalf — you don't chase a support line or deal with a third party.
Shipping, returns and damage claims
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, no minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses are not served. Orders are processed the same business day where possible and typically deliver in 3 to 5 business days.
This product cannot be returned or exchanged. The manufacturer does not accept returns, so we are not able to offer one. Be certain of the model, the dimensions and the electrical requirement before you order — call 866-427-8202 and we will go through all three with you first.
Damage or a defect on arrival is a different matter, and it is covered. Inspect every box before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, photograph the product, the packaging and the shipping labels, and contact us within 48 hours. We submit the claim to the manufacturer or carrier on your behalf and manage it through to a replacement.
Claim approval rests with the manufacturer or carrier, and clear photographic evidence is what decides it. That is why the photographs at delivery matter.
